The Venus Festival ’25 in Berlin, held from September 25th to 28th, unfolded as an electrifying celebration of sensuality, creativity, and unapologetic self-expression – less a convention and more a vibrant extravaganza where music, performances, and global exhibitors merged into a euphoric showcase of fearless authenticity. From the moment I entered the Berlin Messe, the atmosphere was magnetic. Visitors and creators explored sexuality without judgment. Across four exhilarating days, the festival impressed with its stellar organization, with stands representing over 40 countries, and a warm sense of safety and openness that encouraged genuine connection. Spontaneous selfies with creators made the entire experience playful and welcoming. Berlin’s boldest event once again affirmed itself as a global capital of liberal expression, making the Venus Festival not just a spectacle but a powerful statement that authenticity belongs to everyone. This was an ideal backdrop for my conversation with Walter Hasenclever, Head of Marketing at Venus Berlin GmbH.
